BBQ Chicken Cottage Cheese Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken

  • 1/4–1/3 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 cup roasted broccoli

  • 1/2 cup corn

  • 1/2 cup black beans

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Toss warm shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.

  2. Build your bowl with cottage cheese, roasted broccoli, corn, black beans, and avocado.

  3. Top with BBQ chicken and green onions.
