High Protein Chickpea Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup chickpeas, lightly mashed
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt + pepper
2–4 high-fiber wraps
Handful of arugula or spinach
Instructions
In a bowl, mix chicken, chickpeas, Greek yogurt, mustard, celery, onion, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into high-fiber wraps and top with greens.
Roll up and serve.
