Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 container Organic Raspberries

  • 4 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Coconut milk

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • Drizzle of honey

  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium to large glass container - Mash up 1 container of organic raspberries

  • Add 4 TBSP chia seeds

  • Add in 1 cup of coconut milk - full fat (no gums or additives)

  • Add in 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • Add in drizzle of honey

  • Add in sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Stir it up very nicely

  • Put it in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight

*serves 4
